The Lotus Healing Regenerative Retreat is thoughtfully organized around a distinctive circular layout, inspired by holistic principles and symbolic of unity, community, and harmony with nature.
Central Feature:
At the heart of the circular plan is a spacious Healing Center, designed as the focal point of the community, emphasizing well-being, meditation, and therapeutic practices.
Built upon hard assets and centered around community, education, healthcare, and regenerative agriculture
Community Integration:
Surrounding the healing center is a carefully planned arrangement of 50 Tiny Homes, categorized into:
32 units at 450 sq ft
13 units at 650 sq ft
5 units at 600 sq ft
These dwellings form a gentle perimeter, facilitating close-knit community interactions while ensuring privacy.
Amenities and Communal Spaces:
A welcoming Reception Area acts as the gateway, providing guests with a sense of arrival.
Adjacent is a vibrant Cafe that fosters social connection and relaxation.
A dedicated Community Kitchen and Bathhouse enhances the shared living experience.
Recreational Zones:
An expansive Soccer Field and Playing Field promote active recreation and community events.
The layout includes a versatile Tent Field and accommodations for 40 RV parking spaces, extending the hospitality to various types of guests and visitors.
Permaculture and Sustainability:
Integrated seamlessly into the circular scheme are extensive areas dedicated to Permaculture, ensuring a sustainable and regenerative living environment.
This circular plan not only maximizes functional efficiency but also creates a deeply inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of connection and well-being throughout the Lotus Healing Center community.
